Policies

Preparing for our Visit:

  • NO fires in appliance within 24 hours of scheduled arrival time

  • Please clear a 6’x6’ workspace in front of appliance, most of the work is done from the inside. Please remove all furniture, trinkets and fragile items from the area.

  • Our dustless vac system requires a power outlet. Please ensure that the power is turned on if this is a seasonal home.

  • Please provide our service vehicle an area to park that will allow for convenient loading and unloading of equipment during the scheduled appointment.

  • We do not have a 4WD VEHICLE, we need to be given advance notice if there is a steep and snow/ice covered driveway. Please plow/salt/sand your driveway prior to our visit and give us notice. If we are not able to access the home due to snow/ice on a driveway, we will charge a service fee for the visit.

  • Please secure all pets away from work zone.

    Cancellation Policy:

  • We need 24 hour notice, from scheduled arrival time, for cancelling an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a $75 service fee.

  • No call/No show or inability to access the house will be charged a $75 service fee. We will try to make contact at that time. Please ensure that you are able to be reached.

Communication

  • Our phone is a landline and we cannot be reached during the day when we are on the job. We cannot receive text messages to that phone number.

  • ​If your service requires verbal communication, or instructions, please be available for discussion either in person or by phone throughout the duration of the service.  To get the most out of our services, we recommend to book our services exclusive of other contractors, or service providers, distractions or obligations booked at the same time.  Some important information such as fire safety is best discussed in person verbally. 

  • We take your privacy seriously. We do not share your phone numbers or email addresses with any third parties. Any information you provide is strictly used for the purpose it was intended and is safeguarded according to industry standards. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information.
